OflowD serves business customers exclusively (B2B). Provisions relating to consumer mediation are therefore not applicable.
In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing agreement within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 8 — Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.
